From my own experience I know that it is possible to eat what seems like a great range of healthy natural foods and still struggle with pain in the gut or just simply feeling weak and run-down because the gut is not working as well as it could be. Improving gut health starts with eating better and cutting out the things that are most clearly going to be damaging. Beyond this we need to know at least a little about the microbes that live in our guts, and by this I mean, how do we encourage the healthy ones and discourage the ones that do us more harm than good.
I am teaching about Gut Health, Allergies and Intolerances in Nottingham this August and am currently agreeing/organizing similar courses for other venues throughout the East Midlands. Find out more Contact Roger Smith, Nottinghamshire, UK
